Mr. Gottheim brings over 22 years of experience in land use entitlement and real estate development. After obtaining degrees in economics and law at Yale and UC Berkeley, Josh spent more than 15 years practicing real estate law in Los Angeles for major public and private-sector clients in Los Angeles, including Forest City Development, the County of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles Community College District. His expertise includes public private partnerships, affordable housing and land use entitlement for regional shopping centers. He is a recognized speaker and author with published articles on a wide variety of issues including zoning moratorium ordinances and financing offsite improvements for commercial development. In 2004, Mr. Gottheim joined SE Corporation, where he oversaw entitlements and infrastructure development for the 543-acre Dos Lagos master planned community. Prior to SE Corporation, Mr. Gottheim was an attorney at the Los Angeles firm of Brown, Winfield & Canzoneri.
