Hamid Soroosh oversees the implementation of all project management processes from inception to close-out. His services include collaboration with project sponsors, stakeholders and the design team in order to ensure adherence to project goals, budget and client expectations. Mr. Soroosh brings creativity, innovation, leadership, organizational skills and twenty years of experience to the project team. His results-oriented approach, excellent relationship with clients and keen eye for detail enables his team to flawlessly deliver all projects as promised. His experience encompasses both horizontal and vertical construction of residential, commercial and public works including: new construction, renovation & change of use, LEED certified buildings, bridges, street improvements, open space communities, seismic retrofit of bridge structures and historic landmarks. Prior to his association with Optimum Group, Mr. Soroosh was Director of Construction at SE Corporation, developer of the 540-acre master-planned community of Dos Lagos in Corona, California. Mr. Soroosh received his bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge in 1985. He also holds a PMP certificate from Project Management Institute (PMI) and is recognized as a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design & Construction by the Green Building Certification Institute.
